It had central location close to Provincetown Town Hall. The area was local really close to the center of town steps away from shops and the many, many shops located on Commercial Street and the centre of Provincetown. Breakfast with warm muffins.

The room was spotless with smoke detectors for safety measures, and central heating, a private safe, and a flat-screen TV. The staff were welcoming and pleasant in case of questions. The hotel was placed in the very central location near everything at Lotus.

Warm overall experience. Wonderful small accommodation with magnificent setting close enough to the Lotus Guest House, look back on the town and the Mayflower cafe. Breakfast with yogurt, muffins and croissants.

Rooms well set up, two floors. Front room on 3rd floor could hold more people. Staff called to check ferry arrival time. Delighted and proud staff showed room, excellent bathroom, easy AC. Overlooks Commercial street, could shut windows for silence. Highly recommend. -🌟

Will come back, I loved the stay. The staff are helpful, the hotel is overall clean and the breakfast is gorgeous! The rooms are charming little and newly decorated, have down pillows. The location is quiet, 1 mile from Commercial Street. Furthermore, it's next to Provincetown, Cape Cod and the center of ever.

The hotel's central location made it convenient for us to get to from Provincetown Municipal airport. We were pleased with our decision to have lunch at Kung Fu Dumplings, located just 200 feet away. It was a great choice. Our room had a lovely balcony that was filled with sunlight.

Based close to restaurants, beach clubs, an alleyway between two stores on Commercial St and shops, shows, restaurants and bike rentals. Comfy beds and central heating, a private safe and a flat-screen TV. Pleasant enough breakfasts with warm muffins.
